目的:评价内直肌肌细胞数与共同性外斜视手术效果的关系。方法:收集18例共同性外斜视内直肌和14例正常内直肌,行HE染色观察,用斜视积分法评价手术效果。结果:间歇性外斜视组手术前后的斜视积分差显著高于恒定性外斜视(P<0.01);光镜下斜视组内直肌横断面肌纤维排列疏松,间质成分多;斜视组内直肌肌细胞数极显著低于正常内直肌(P<0.01),与病程和手术前后的斜视积分差显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:内直肌肌细胞减少是导致共同性外斜视的直接原因,是斜视手术效果下降的重要因素。
Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the number of medial rectus muscle cells and the effect of common exotropia. Methods: Eighteen cases of common posterior rectus rectus and 14 cases of normal rectus abdominis were collected and observed by HE staining. The strabismus score method was used to evaluate the effect of surgery. Results: The difference of strabismus value before and after intermittent exotropia was significantly higher than that of constant exotropia (P <0.01). In the strabismus group, The number of muscle cells was significantly lower than that of the normal rectus muscle (P <0.01), and significantly correlated with the duration of strabismus and the strabismus score before and after surgery (P <0.05). Conclusion: The decrease of endovascular myocarctomy is the direct cause of common exotropia and an important factor in the reduction of strabismus surgery.
