在向社会主义市场经济转轨时期,面对着部分企业效益下降,人员精简,下岗待业,加上天灾病难等等原因,于是,在上海这样的大都市也出现了类似蓝金亮这样一批需要社会援助的特困户,引发了一场帮困热。 在这场帮困热中,一向被视为比较清贫的科技系统似乎没有冒出什么“特困”尖子,也没有大声疾呼要求社会给予救助。那么,科技系统究竟有没有需要社会帮困的对象呢?如果有,那又为何在社会上“默默无闻”呢?原来这一切都缘于上海科技系统有一个帮困基金会。 During the transition to a socialist market economy, in the metropolis like Shanghai, a group like Lan Jin-liang appeared in the face of the declining efficiency of some enterprises, the reduction of staff, the lay-off and unemployed, coupled with natural disasters and so on.
