以国家863/CIMS单元技术应用项目汽车车身及其覆盖模具CAD/CAPP/CAM应用工程的实施为背景,详细介绍了计算机辅助模具工时定额系统的功能结构和系统特点,从CIMS信息集成的角度出发,对模具工时定额系统各模块进行功能分解和模块划分。并在WINDOWS环境下完成了系统的软件开发和调试工作。从系统投入使用的运行情况来看,系统计算产生的工时定额数据正确,与模具CAPP系统的信息交换通畅,能满足汽车模具工艺设计工作的要求,本系统的投入使用,大大地提高了汽车模具工艺设计的工作效率。
