目的:探讨升清降浊方对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:160只SD大鼠随机分为升清降浊方组、益气活血清热解毒方组、肾衰组、空白组,每组40只,除空白组外其余各组采用大鼠1/3肾切除方法,制备慢性肾功能衰竭模型。益气活血清热解毒方和升清降浊方给予溶液(浓度为1g/m L)1m L/100g灌胃,1次/d;空白组和肾衰组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,各组均灌胃28d。各组采血分离血清,全自动生化分析仪检测大鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)水平。结果:益气活血清热解毒方可降低肾衰大鼠血清UA水平(P<0.05);升清降浊方可降低大鼠血清BUN水平(P<0.05)并能显著降低肾衰大鼠血清UA水平(P<0.01)。结论:升清降浊方能明显提高益气活血清热解毒作用,缓解慢性肾衰竭症状,改善肾功能。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Shengqing Jiangzhuo prescription on renal function in rats with chronic renal failure. Methods: 160 SD rats were randomly divided into Shengqing Jiangzhuo Decoction group, Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Xiedu Decoction group, renal failure group and blank group, with 40 rats in each group. Nephrectomy method, preparation of chronic renal failure model. Yiqi Huoxue Qingrejiedu Fang and Shengqingjiangzhuo Fang given solution (concentration of 1g / m L) 1m L / 100g gavage, 1 / d; blank group and renal failure group given the same amount of saline gavage, each group Gavage 28d. Serum urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) and uric acid (UA) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer in each group. Results: Yiqihuoxue Qingrejiedu can reduce serum UA level in rats with renal failure (P <0.05); Shengqingjiangzhuo can reduce serum BUN level (P <0.05) and can significantly reduce serum UA Level (P <0.01). Conclusion: Shengqingjiangzhuo prescription can obviously improve the effect of qi and activating blood circulation to detoxify, alleviate the symptoms of chronic renal failure and improve renal function.
