利用透射电镜高分辨技术(HREM)发现了Ni-Ti合金由母相淬火形成的马氏体中存在有特定取向关系的两种周期结构,即(110)原子面在[310]晶向呈ABCD堆垛的4层周期结构与(010)和(020)原子面在[150]晶向相间堆垛的两层周期结构,二者夹角为63°。
Using transmission electron microscopy (HREM), it was found that there are two periodic structures in the martensite of Ni-Ti alloy quenched by parent phase. The (110) atomic plane is ABCD in [310] The four-layer periodic structure of the stack and the two-layer periodic structure of (010) and (020) atomic layers stacked in the [150] crystal orientation have an included angle of 63 °.
