普定碾压混凝土拱坝是目前世界上第3座也是最高的碾压混凝土拱坝。由于基础约束较强,约束范围大,拱坝的温度应力非常复杂。用数值分析法计算了普定水库水温;用三维有限元法计算了拱坝的准稳定温度场;根据施工实际情况和边界条件,用三维有限元法对普定碾压混凝土拱坝大仓面整体碾压的温度及温度应力进行了仿真计算,首次揭示了碾压混凝土拱坝温度和温度应力的分布规律,论证了普定拱坝设置诱导缝的必要性、合理性;有关普定碾压混凝土拱坝度讯情况下的温度应力分析成果及措施已被工程实际采用并证实。
Puding RCC arch dam is the world’s third and the highest RCC arch dam. Due to the strong foundation constraints and the large constraint range, the temperature stress of arch dam is very complicated. The water temperature of Puding reservoir was calculated by numerical analysis. The quasi-steady temperature field of arch dam was calculated by three-dimensional finite element method. According to the actual conditions and the boundary conditions, the three-dimensional finite element method The temperature and temperature stress of the whole rolling compaction are simulated and the distribution law of temperature and temperature stress of RCC arch dam is revealed for the first time and the necessity and rationality of the induced fracture of Pudding arch dam are demonstrated. Results and measures of temperature stress analysis under the condition of concrete arch dam have been adopted and confirmed by engineering.
