围绕“十二五”期间我国对汽车工业发展的总体思路和目标,研究国内汽车整车厂和供应商的二方审核的问题,构建了汽车安全件供应商管理体系。包括汽车零部件供应商的质量体系、生产过程、实物产品三大系统的审核和汽车安全件供应商二方审核管理方案,实现对供应商的管理现状的全面评价。该体系方法可为汽车整车厂提供成熟的选择评价供应商的模式,也可作为认证机构二方审核和增值服务的作业指导。
Focusing on the general train of thought and goal of China’s automobile industry development during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, this paper studies the problems of the two parties auditing the domestic automobile OEMs and suppliers and constructs the management system of automobile safety supplier. Including the auto parts supplier’s quality system, production process, physical products, three systems audit and automotive safety parts supplier audit review and management program to achieve a comprehensive assessment of the status of the supplier’s management. The system approach provides OEMs with a proven selection of supplier evaluation models as well as operational guidance for both certification and value-added services.
