德育是教育的灵魂,是学生健康成长的保障。因此,我校始终把德育放在首要位置,以学生自主管理作为学校德育工作的重点,确保德育工作顺利实施。我校构建的“3721”德育自主管理体系,充分调动了师生的积极性、主动性和创造性,使师生明确自己的角色定位和工作职责,提高了管理意识、管理水平,进而提高了德育实效。在“3721”自主管理体系中,“3”指我校德育管理的三个层面:即学校督查
