这里发表几篇培训在职档案干部的消息和电大工作站的文章,目的是引起大家对这项工作的注意。随着去年中共中央29号、省委33号文件的贯彻落实,我省档案干部队伍有了扩大和加强,新调入档案部门的干部,迫切要求提高自己的业务素质。正如邓小平同志曾经指出那样:“我们的干部队伍一定要坚持社会主义道路,要有马列主义的基本观点,要遵守党的纪律和国家的纪律……。但是,只靠坚持社会主义道路,没有真才实学,还是不能实现四化。无论在什么岗位上,都要有一定的专业知识和专业能力,没有的要学,有的要继续学,不愿学的要调整。”因此,各级档案部门必须加强在职档案干部的培训工作,迅速提高他们的业务水平。1987年省档案局将把培训在职档案干部,做为教育工作的重点,着重培训各市、县(区)从事档案工作的领导和业务骨干。各市、县(区)档案管理部门,也应根据本地区情况,安排好在职干部的培训工作。
