高校体育资源利用效率是反映其社会化程度的一个重要内容。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、统计分析法等研究方法,选取基于以投入为导向的DEA,对我国31个省、市(区)高校体育资源的利用效率及陕西省高校体育资源利用效率影响因素进行研究。研究结果 :1)除了湖北、江苏与上海之外,我国其余各省、市(区)高校体育资源综合利用技术效率处于无效技术状态;2)北京市高校体育资源利用效率的规模形态为递减,其余省、市(区)高校体育资源利用效率的规模形态为递增;3)从经济区域看,高校体育资源的平均综合技术利用效率从高到低依次为东部、中部、西部与东北地区;4)高校体育资源建设与发展的管理、意识及环境等是影响陕西省高校体育资源利用效率的主要因素。
The utilization of PE resources in colleges and universities is an important part of their socialization. Using the methods of literature review, expert interviews and statistical analysis, this paper chooses the investment-oriented DEA to study the utilization efficiency of PE resources in colleges and universities in 31 provinces and cities in China and the utilization efficiency of PE resources in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province Factors to study. The results show that: 1) except Hubei, Jiangsu and Shanghai, the technical efficiency of comprehensive utilization of PE resources in colleges and universities in other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China is invalid; 2) the scale of PE resource utilization efficiency of colleges and universities in Beijing is decreasing, while the rest (3) From the perspective of economic area, the average comprehensive utilization efficiency of sports resources in colleges and universities is in the order of east, middle, west and northeast; 4) The management, awareness and environment of college sports resources construction and development are the main factors that affect the utilization efficiency of college sports resources in Shaanxi Province.
