知识经济的兴起,对发展中国家是一个新的严重的挑战,对于天津这样一个工业基础比较雄厚的老工业城市,又展示了一个难得的机遇。以知识经济为导向,抓住机遇,发挥优势,推动我市经济增长方式的转变,具有十分重要的现实意义。一、天津需要走跳跃式发展的路子来推动经济增长方式的转变完成经济增长方式的转变是我市跨世纪发展总体战略目标的一项根本性的任务。采取什么样的措施和途径才能加快经济增长方式转变?只有抓住知识经济时代到来的契机,采取超常规的方法、措施才能加快经济增长 The rise of a knowledge-based economy is a new and serious challenge to developing countries and presents a rare opportunity for an old industrial city like Tianjin, which enjoys a strong industrial foundation.
