本文报道产于吉林省鼠疫地区的方形黄鼠蚤和印鼠客蚤,在感染强毒鼠疫菌后,其鼠疫媒介效能的实验室测定结果。结果表明,方形黄鼠蚤平均外潜伏期长,栓塞蚤数少,媒介效能为0.05.印鼠客蚤为0.25。结合多年调查资料,认为方形黄鼠蚤不但是黄鼠鼠间鼠疫的主要媒介,同时在把野鼠鼠疫扩散到家栖鼠间以及在鼠疫自然疫源性的保存方面,该蚤也起重要作用。在媒介效能测定中,本实验首次引入了传疫率的概念。
This paper reports the laboratory test results of the plague media efficacy of virulent square plague shrimp and rat fleas produced in the plague area of Jilin Province after infecting virulent Yersinia pestis. The results showed that the average outer latency of T. gonorrhoeae was small, the number of embolized fleas was less, and the vector efficacy was 0.05. Combined with many years of investigation, it is believed that T. gonorrhoeae is not only the main medium for the plague in chick rats, but also plays an important role in the spread of rodents to domestic mice and in the natural foci of plague. In the determination of the efficacy of the media, this experiment for the first time introduced the concept of transmission rate.
