前言我厂生产精密仪表机床,精度稳定性是衡量机床质量的重要指标,其影响因素是多方面的。就机床铸件的材质而言,影响机床精度稳定性的主要因素是铸件的抗变形能力和机床导轨的耐磨性能。以往,我厂铸铁件的生产采用Si/C为0.4~0.6的成份,铸件的铸造残余应力大,抗变形能力差,激冷倾向大。这对高精度、结构复杂的薄壁铸件生产是十分不利的,对机床精度影响较大。
Preface I plant the production of precision instrumentation machine tools, precision stability is an important indicator of machine tool quality, its influencing factors are many. As far as the material of the machine tool castings is concerned, the main factors affecting the stability of the machine tool are the deformation resistance of the castings and the wear resistance of the guideways of the machine tool. In the past, our factory cast iron production using Si / C 0.4 ~ 0.6 ingredients, casting casting residual stress, anti-deformation ability, chilling tendency. This high-precision, complex structure of thin-walled castings is very unfavorable production, a greater impact on the accuracy of the machine.
