中等职业教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,中等职业教育中的体育课在中等教育中占据特殊的位置,直接关系到能否培养合格人才的问题。文章探索决定怎样才能上好中等职业教育体育课的几个重要因素:明确的指导思想;始终激发兴趣;凸显学生主体地位;重视学生的个性差异;重视培养能力;改变评价方式;提高教师的自觉性和水平等。通过科学的论述,加深了对上好体育课的系统性、互动性认识,从而可以帮助师生提高上好体育课的自觉性。
Secondary vocational education is an important part of our education system. Secondary vocational education occupies a special position in secondary education, which is directly related to the ability to cultivate qualified personnel. The paper explores several important factors that determine how to improve the physical education in secondary vocational education: a clear guiding principle; always inspire interest; highlight students ’subjective status; attach importance to students’ individual differences; attach importance to cultivating students ’ability; change evaluation methods; improve teachers’ awareness Sex and level. Through scientific exposition, we deepened our understanding of the systematic and interactive physical education of physical education, which can help teachers and students improve their awareness of physical education.
