乙胺丁醇是近年来常用的人工合成抗结核药物,在国外应用于临床已有20多年历史,国内自70年代初开始应用。近年来,临床应用日益增多。乙胺丁醇在眼部的毒性副作用主要表现为视神经损害,国外屡有报导。国内虽有个例报导,但仍未引起同道对本病的认识,以致贻误诊断和治疗,造成不可挽救的视力丧失。最近,我们遇到2例因服用乙胺丁醇致视神经乳头炎,报告如下。 Ethambutol is commonly used synthetic antituberculosis drugs in recent years, has been used in clinical practice for more than 20 years in foreign countries and has been applied since the early 1970s in China.
