我国第一座车轮轮箍厂在1964年国庆前夕正式投入了生产,已经成批地轧制了各种规格的轮箍和顺利地生产了第一批车轮。首批轮箍正在铁路是运转。它的设计、施工、投产全部依靠国内技术力量,厂内安装的全套设备也是国内自行制造的。其中轮箍轧机、车轮轧机、环形加热炉和水压机等20多种大型设备还是我国首次设计制造成功的新产品。车轮、轮箍是机车、车辆的主要部件。车轮主要用于客车和货车车辆(图1)。轮箍是套在机车各种动轮和煤水车或车辆轮心外边的“钢箍”(图2)。列车运行时车轮轮
China’s first wheel tire factory officially put into production on the eve of 1964 National Day, has been rolling in batches of various specifications of the tire and the smooth production of the first batch of wheels. The first batch of wheels is running on the railway. Its design, construction, commissioning all rely on domestic technical force, the factory installed a full set of equipment is also made in China.
