目的研究心理干预教育对乳腺癌患者术后辅助治疗期间的情绪及生活的影响。方法将120例术后患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组放化疗期间给予心理干预教育,对照组只接受常规治疗。结果治疗组的生活质量及对放化疗的耐受力较对照组高。结论术后患者辅助治疗期间,给予心理干预教育可减少患者的恐惧、忧虑情绪,提高其对放化疗的耐受性及生活质量。
Objective To study the influence of psychological intervention education on mood and life during postoperative adjuvant therapy for breast cancer patients. Methods 120 cases of postoperative patients were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received psychological intervention during radiotherapy and chemotherapy, while the control group received routine treatment. Results The quality of life and the tolerance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusions During postoperative adjuvant therapy, psychological intervention education can reduce the fear and anxiety of patients and improve their tolerance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy and quality of life.
