本实验用酶组织化学方法,观察服用雷公藤82糖浆和正常对照组小鼠睾丸组织中几种酶的变化。结果显示:给药6个月,曲精小管上皮的各级生精细胞中琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)活性减弱;支持细胞中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性增强;碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,在给药组与对照组间无明显差别;睾丸间质细胞中SDH、ACP、AKP、ATPase等酶活性变化均不明显,但LDH活性增强。提示:雷公藤可抑制生精细胞中主要酶系的活性,进而导致精子发生和成熟的障碍。本文还就支持细胞中ACP活性增强做了讨论。
In this experiment, the enzymatic histochemical method was used to observe the changes of several enzymes in testicular tissues of mice that were administered with Tripterygium Wilfordii 82 syrup and normal control group.
