原发性胆汁性肝硬化（PBC）是一种病因未明的肝内胆管进行性非化脓性破坏的疾病，以慢性肝内胆汁淤积为主要临床特征。国外患病率20240／100万，占成人肝移植指征的第2位。关于PBC的报道逐年增多，现将18例PBC的临床资料总结如下。
