14、劳动法的概念和调整对象是什么? 我国劳动法是调整劳动关系以及与劳动关系有密切联系的其他社会关系的法律规范的总称。劳动法的调整对象可以分为两个方面:一是劳动关系;二是与劳动关系有密切联系的其他社会关系。 劳动法所调整的劳动关系是指我国劳动者(一般是劳动者个人)与其所属单位之间在直接运用劳动能力,实现劳动过程中所发生的关系。与劳动关系有密切联系的其他社会关系可以概括为三种情况:第一,它们是发生劳动关系的必要前提;第
