将纯化后的多壁碳纳米管与铝粉按质量比1∶5混合球磨后压制成块,待合金熔化后,将碳纳米管预制块直接加入铝合金熔体,然后用叶片搅拌器分别搅拌1、2、3、5、10 min后取出合金熔体,水淬。采用环境扫描电镜(FESEM)观察碳纳米管在铝硅合金基体中的分布,用能谱分析仪(EDS)确认多壁碳纳米管。结果表明,采用预制块复合叶片搅拌工艺能制备出碳纳米管均匀分散的铝基复合材料,搅拌3 min时,碳纳米管分散性最佳;随着搅拌时间的延长,碳纳米管数量减少,分布密度逐渐减小。
The purified multi-walled carbon nanotubes and aluminum powder mass ratio of 1: 5 ball milling mixed into pieces, until the alloy is melted, the carbon nanotubes prefabricated directly into the aluminum alloy melt, and then stirred with a blade stirrer 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 min after removing the alloy melt, water quenching. The distribution of carbon nanotubes in Al-Si alloy matrix was observed by using environmental scanning electron microscope (FESEM), and the multi-walled carbon nanotubes were confirmed by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results showed that the carbon-nanotubes uniformly dispersed aluminum matrix composites can be prepared by the pre-block composite blade stirring process, the dispersion of carbon nanotubes is the best when stirred for 3 min. With the stirring time prolonging, the number of carbon nanotubes decreases, Distribution density gradually decreased.
