地震灾害给人类造成了巨大的损失,包括经济、生命财产安全等,对工程结构的威胁也不可小觑,因此对建筑结构设计的荷载也必须考虑地震对其的损失。投资-效益准则的提出,要求建筑结构成本要从全寿命角度进行考虑,而抗震结构全寿命周期成本模型的研究成为其重要对象。介绍了投资-效益准则、建筑结构的破坏准则、各破坏等级的概率、初始成本、各破坏等级的损失值和建筑结构全寿命周期成本模型。通过对抗震结构全寿命周期成本模型的研究,以期给相关行业提供良好的借鉴。
Earthquake disasters have caused huge losses to human beings, including economic, life and property safety. The threat to the structure of the project can not be underestimated. Therefore, the load caused by the earthquake must be considered in the design of the building structure. The proposal of investment-benefit criterion requires that the cost of building structure should be considered from the perspective of full life, and the research on the life-cycle cost model of seismic structure becomes an important object. The investment-benefit criterion, the failure principle of building structure, the probability of each damage level, the initial cost, the damage value of each damage level and the life-cycle cost model of the building structure are introduced. Through the study of the life-cycle cost model of the anti-seismic structure, with a view to provide a good reference for the relevant industries.
