电机群优化节能技术采用变压器接有载分接开关方式,实时跟踪负载变化,用遗传算法进行目标节能优化。应用调压节能技术可提高电机功率因数和效率,降低单井电机损耗。采用电机集群优化技术,降低变压器和电网的损耗,由于无功功率的降低,可以降低变压器的装机功率。该系统实现全程自动控制,可以实时监测电机群运行情况系统应用后单井平均综合节电率11.8%,电网整体节电率20%左右,节电效果较好。
The optimization of energy-saving technology of electric cluster adopts the way of transformer connected with on-load tap-changer to track the load change in real time and optimize the target energy-saving with genetic algorithm. Application of energy-saving voltage-regulating technology can improve the motor power factor and efficiency, reduce single-well motor losses. The use of motor cluster optimization technology to reduce the transformer and power grid losses, due to lower reactive power can reduce the installed power transformer. The system to achieve full automatic control, real-time monitoring of the operation of the motor group system after the average single-well energy-saving rate of 11.8%, the overall power saving rate of about 20%, better energy-saving effect.
