目的:研究西南鬼灯檠药材HPLC指纹图谱及模式识别方法。方法:采用HPLC,以贵州、云南两省不同产地、不同采收期的西南鬼灯檠药材为对象,对10批药材进行指纹图谱研究,运用聚类分析和主成分分析对指纹图谱进行模式识别研究。结果:10批样品中有10个共有峰,10批药材相似度较高,色谱峰强度不同是药材的主要差别。通过聚类分析和主成分分析将10批样品按采收期不同分为2类。结论:该方法能很好分离西南鬼灯檠的各类成分,HPLC指纹图谱具有良好的稳定性、重复性,可用于西南鬼灯檠药材的质量控制。
Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprinting and pattern recognition of Radix Gynura divaricatus in Southwest China. Methods: Fingerprints of 10 Chinese medicinal materials were studied by HPLC with the method of pattern recognition based on cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The samples were collected from Guizhou Province and Yunnan Province. . Results: 10 batches of samples in 10 common peaks, 10 batches of high similarity medicine, the different peak intensity is the main difference between herbs. According to the cluster analysis and principal component analysis, 10 batches of samples were divided into 2 categories according to different harvested periods. Conclusion: The method can be used to separate all kinds of constituents of Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The HPLC fingerprint has good stability and repeatability and can be used for quality control of Gynostemma dorsalis.
