本文运用顾客满意度测评理论,以大连烟草局下的烟草销售网点为例,遴选360个卷烟销售网点进行问卷调查,分析烟草公司面临的形势、经营状况等,测评卷烟零售户对其满意程度,并提出相应的改善对策,期望能提高卷烟零售户对烟草公司的满意程度。
