习近平总书记曾经说过,宪法的生命在于实施,宪法的权威也在于实施。这就说明了宪法实施是宪法作为我国根本大法的内在要求,也是发挥宪法权威的主要途径。国家政府的各个相关部门以及领导人只有在熟知宪法内容的前提下,才能够根据国家的发展情况,正确的实施宪法,为我国法制社会建设提供一个良好的社会环境,并加强对公民的宪法知识教育,从而提高公民的法制观念,才能够一步步的实现宪法的社会化。本文将通过对我国宪法实施现状进行阐述,进而引出宪法社会化的相关内容,并提出有效措施来加强宪法的实施和宪法的社会化进程。
