存放干部档案就是以一定的规律将干部档案存放在档案箱(柜)中。通常有两种方法:分类法、统一法。 分类法是指按干部的工作部门、职级、在编性质等不同类别分别存放的方法。 统一法是指以干部档案的编号(一般采用笔形编号)为基础,按照干部姓名的编号顺序,集中排列的方法。 分类法便于统计核对,统一法便于保密。分类法适用于管理数以十计的干部档案(百以内数量的),统一法适用于管理数以百计的干部档案(千以内数量的)。因此,分类法和统一法在实际工作中,都存在一定的局限性,尤其是干部档案数量在数以千计(几千份或上万份)的干部档案室,用上述两种方法管理干部档案就显得不很科学,档案管理员也感到力不从心。 本部档案室通过长期实践,把分类法和统一法结
