慢性盆腔疼痛(CPP)为妇科常见症状,往往症状反复发作,目前单一疗效不佳,严重长期困扰女性,影响患者的生活质量。我院通过多年的临床观察,进一步总结运用中医综合技术治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔疼痛取得较好的疗效,现报告如下。1资料与方法 1.1一般资料选择2012年1~12月在我院就诊符合湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔疼痛的患者60例为综合治疗组,均为已婚妇女或未婚有性生活妇女,年龄21~50岁,平均(32.6±10.3)岁;病程6个月~10年,平均病程(24.3±16.6)个月;证侯积分(12.5±5.2)分;NRS评分
Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) is a common gynecological symptoms, often recurrent symptoms, the current single poor efficacy, serious long-term troubled women, affecting the quality of life of patients.
