司法会计技术在职务犯罪侦办中具有显著的技术优势。笔者结合司法会计技术在检察机关的应用实践,分析司法会计技术介入职务犯罪侦办中遇到的问题,阐述司法会计技术在职务犯罪侦办中应发挥的作用,从概念提出、模式形成、介入形式等方面,对司法会计介入的职务犯罪一体化模式进行了探索。
Judicial accounting techniques have significant technical advantages in the investigation of job-related crimes. Based on the application of judicial accounting technology in procuratorial organs, the author analyzes the problems that judicial accounting techniques involve in the investigation and handling of duty crimes, and expounds the role that judicial accounting techniques should play in the investigation of job-related crimes. From the concepts, the formation of patterns and the forms of intervention Aspects, the judicial accounting intervention involved in the integration of crime patterns were explored.
