目的探讨非脱垂子宫阴式切除术的疗效及安全性。方法对2006年12月至201012月126例阴式子宫切除患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 126例手术均获成功。手术时间平均58分钟,出血量平均约150ml,肠功能恢复时间平均26h,平均住院日4d,最短随访半年,9例出现阴道息肉,余无并发症。结论非脱垂子宫阴式切除术出血少,疼痛轻,住院时间短,创伤小,医疗成本低,手术安全可行。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of non-prolapsed uterine vaginosis. Methods The clinical data of 126 cases of vaginal hysterectomy from December 2006 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 126 cases of surgery were successful. The average operation time was 58 minutes, the average amount of bleeding was about 150ml, the average recovery time of intestine function was 26h, the average length of stay was 4 days. The shortest follow-up was six months. Nine cases had vaginal polyps and no complications. Conclusion Non-prolapsed uterine vaginal resection less bleeding, pain, shorter hospital stay, less trauma, low medical costs, the operation safe and feasible.
