我院自1985年6月至1990年10月共收治百日咳55例,其中百日咳脑病5例,用普鲁卡因静脉滴注取得满意疗效,现报告如下.一、临床资料 全部病例符合百日咳诊断标准〔刘桂蕊、李世俊等,内科病诊断荟萃,第一版.哈尔滨:黑龙江科学技术出版社,1986;2〕,年龄56天至12岁.其中病程7～10天15例、11～20天6例、30天以上者3例、日痉咳5～10次11例、15次以上32例、20次以上7例,频繁窒息5例.
