现代科学研究证明,人们若能在进行正常运动的同时,进行一些反常运动,会有益于身体健康。爬行运动爬行能使全身的重量分散到四肢,减少腰椎的负荷,起到防治腰椎部疾病、心血管疾病和多种脊椎病的效果。向后退步向后退步能改善腰部血液循环和新陈代谢,防治腰痛,增加膝关节的承受能力,锻炼膝部的肌肉和韧带,并可锻炼小脑的平衡作用,降低高血压。
