湖南省建筑工程总公司召开一九八八年度承包兑现大会。总公司副经理陈光凤对去年承包经营工作进行了总结。总公司所属九家企业都完成了所得税承包基数指标,其他挂钩指标大部分完成较好。有五个企业的上交所得税超过承包基数的10％以上,其中省建六公司超过31.09％。会议宣读了对各个企业承包经营合同兑现的审批意见,并给各企业承包人颁发了承包奖金。
The Hunan Provincial Construction Engineering Corporation held the 1988 Annual Meeting of Encashment. Chen Guangfeng, deputy manager of the head office, summed up the contract management work of last year. Nine companies affiliated to the parent company have completed the income tax base index, and most of the other linked indicators have completed well. There are five companies that have turned in more than 10% of the income tax of the contracted base, of which the provincial six has exceeded 31.09%. The meeting read out the approval opinions on the fulfillment of contractual business contracts of various enterprises, and awarded contracted bonuses to contractors of various enterprises.
