通过对上海市郊草莓代表性产区14份草莓病样的分离，确定其中5份为炭疽病，据分生孢子世代特征初步认为它们分属于Colletotrichumfragarae和Colletotrichumacutatum两个种。借用离体叶柄接种法对5个分离菌株进行致病力比较，结果表明Colletotrichumfragarae的致病力明显强于Colletotrichumacutatum。本研究还利用喷雾接种法对上海地区若干主栽品种的抗性进行了比较与评价。
Five isolates of strawberry were identified as anthracnose by isolating 14 strawberries from the typical strawberry producing area in Shanghai. According to the characteristics of the conidia, it was preliminarily believed that they belonged to two species, Colletotrichumfragarae and Colletotrichumacutatum. The pathogenicity of five isolates was compared by in vitro petiole inoculation method. The results showed that the virulence of Colletotrichumfragarae was significantly stronger than that of Colletotrichumacutatum. In this study, we also compared and evaluated the resistance of several main cultivars in Shanghai by spray inoculation.
