采用NCⅡ设计,比较新育成旅系辽635和其他3个骨干旅系的配合力情况,对16个杂交组合进行农艺性状和产量配合力分析。结果表明,4个改良旅系小区产量GCA效应值为辽635>丹340选>丹598>铁0255。辽635在增加后代的穗长、百粒重和容重方面有明显的正效应,辽635所组配的全部组合均比对照丹玉39增产。
The NCⅡ design was used to compare the combining ability of Xinyu 637 and Liao 635 with three other key tourist trains to analyze the agronomic traits and yield combining ability of 16 cross combinations. The results showed that the GCA effect of the four improved tourist areas was Liao 635> Dan 340> Dan 598> Fe 0255. Liao 635 had obvious positive effect in increasing the spike length, 100-grain weight and bulk density of the offspring. All the combinations of Liao 635 were more efficient than the control Dan-39.
