本文应用脉冲及彩色多普勒血流成像技术检测了110例腹部肿瘤。以探讨多普勒超声在诊断鉴别腹部肿瘤中的临床价值。用脉冲多普勒超声检测了肿瘤的血流信号,收缩期和舒张期多普勒频移值及RI值。用彩色多普勒超声检测了肿瘤的彩色血流图像。本组实验分为原发性恶性肿瘤、转移性肿瘤与良性肿瘤三组。结果:三组肿瘤的血流信号检出率,良性组低于原发和转移组,差异显著(P<0.05)。三组肿瘤在彩色血流图、颜色、多普勒频移值及RI值间,差异显著(P<0.05)。其综合判别率达89.47%。实验结果全部经手术/或超声引导下的组织细针活检证实。本文结果提示:应用脉冲和彩色多普勒超声方法可以在恶性肿瘤的边缘或内部获得特征性的多普勒彩色血流图及高速的多普勒血流信号。该方法具有无创性、操作简便、血流信号检出率高。可以作为诊断腹部肿瘤性质的特异性手段。
In this paper, 110 cases of abdominal tumors were detected by pulse and color Doppler flow imaging. To explore the clinical value of Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of abdominal tumors. Pulsed Doppler ultrasound was used to detect tumor blood flow signals, systolic and diastolic Doppler shift values and RI values. Color flow images of the tumors were detected using color Doppler ultrasound. This group of experiments is divided into primary malignant tumors, metastatic tumors and benign tumors in three groups. Results: The detection rate of blood flow signal in the three groups of tumors was lower in the benign group than in the primary and metastatic group (P<0.05). There were significant differences among the three groups of tumors in color flow diagram, color, Doppler frequency shift, and RI (P<0.05). Its comprehensive discriminant rate reached 89.47%. All experimental results were confirmed by surgical or ultrasound-guided tissue needle biopsy. The results of this paper suggest that the characteristic Doppler color flow imaging and high-speed Doppler flow signals can be obtained on the edge or inside of malignant tumors by using pulse and color Doppler ultrasound methods. The method has the advantages of non-invasiveness, simple operation, and high blood flow signal detection rate. It can be used as a specific method to diagnose the nature of abdominal tumors.
