用LMC 定向凝固技术研究铸铁石墨形态的转变,发现了蠕虫状石墨向片状石墨转变及片状石墨向蠕虫状石墨转变的分界线,它表明石墨生长机制在分界线处发生了突变。在高倍扫描电镜下观察发现,片状石墨向蠕虫状石墨转变的机制有三种。
The LMC directional solidification technique was used to study the morphological changes of cast iron and graphite. The transition from wormlike graphite to flaky graphite and the transition from flake graphite to vermicular graphite were found. It shows that the mechanism of graphite growth abruptly changes at the boundary. Observation under high magnification scanning electron microscope revealed that there are three mechanisms for the transformation of flake graphite into wormlike graphite.
