扫描电镜和透射电镜观察证明:非妊娠子宫肌层内存在着结构复杂的胶原纤维网(CFN).在妊娠期及分娩前后CFN出现以阶段性崩解和重建为特征的改建过程以适应子宫物理性能的巨大变化和功能需要.成纤维细胞和平滑肌细胞在改建过程中既参与胶原纤维的溶解和吸收,又参与它的重新形成.
