【目的】研究茶枯对香蕉生长的影响,以及对香蕉枯萎病的防治作用,为茶枯的合理开发利用提供理论依据.【方法】将不同剂量的茶枯作为基肥根施,并在香蕉种后4个月接种尖孢镰刀菌古巴专化型4号生理小种Fusarium oxysopoyumf.sp.Cubence race 4(Foc4),调查茶枯对香蕉生长、结果速度、产量的影响,以及对香蕉枯萎病的防治作用.【结果】150g/m2茶枯处理表现出积极的调控作用,处理后9个月香蕉平均株高198.67cm,茎围14.85cm,青叶数为10.27片,对照组分别为197.00cm,14.44cm,10.10片,二者无显著差异.在结果速度和产量方面,150g/m2茶枯处理的结果率为87.88%,果梳个数为125.00个,对照组分别为81.67%和121.25个.接种后不追施茶枯,前期150g/m2茶枯处理的香蕉植株死亡率比前期没有施用茶枯的死亡率低16.67%.另外,300g/m2和450g/m2茶枯处理对香蕉生长具有抑制作用.【结论】高剂量茶枯会明显抑制香蕉生长,影响结果率及果梳个数,推迟成熟期;适量施用茶枯可对香蕉生长产生积极作用,防治香蕉枯萎病,同时不影响香蕉的结果速度、产量和成熟期.
【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of tea cadmium on the growth of banana and its control effect on banana wilt and provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of tea blossoms. 【Method】 Different doses of tea- Four months later, Fusarium oxysopoyumf.sp.Cubence race 4 (Foc4) was inoculated with Fusarium oxyspoyumf.sp.Cubence race 4 (Foc4) to investigate the effects of tea-leaf on the growth, fruiting speed and yield of banana, The results showed that 150g / m2 tea withered treatment showed positive regulation.
