With the continuous spread of the financial crisis, the further development of enterprises is facing severe challenges brought about by environmental changes, and the dynamic capability of organizations has become the focus of attention in order to be able to better adapt to the turbulent environment. Enterprise HR strategies affect the organization’s dynamic capabilities by directly or indirectly influencing employee skills and behaviors.
