This article is worth reading. Speaking is “carburetor” teaching, but not difficult to understand. In the “Vaporizer” section, Comrade Chen Yih-kan originally wanted to teach 36 lessons. After the reform, only eight lessons were enough. Students not only mastered the basic principles, but also learned practical disassembly and lively activities with good results. In the past to teach this section, to dozens of hours, mixed content, teaching methods, students are a lot of useless stuff. “Teachers work hard, students sleepwalk.” This is the teaching of cumbersome philosophy of harm. A similar situation, such as a few words to teach four or five hours, a very simple text also teach a few classes, it is a waste of time. In the past, Comrade Chen Yiwu did the same, but it did not work well. Later, when he took lessons, he learned the Party’s education policy and relevant experiences, and saw clearly the dangers of bourgeois educational thinking. He thought that with the help of his leadership, he took the courageous first step and achieved the result Effective. It can be seen that adhering to the principle of “lesser but more refined” and “more and more complex”, insisting on heuristics and opposing “filling the classroom” are not only necessary to alleviate the burden on students, but also necessary for improving the quality of teaching. Experience shows that the key to teaching reform lies in teachers’ conscientiously raising their level of ideological understanding. As long as teachers learn Mao Zedong’s education thought well and abandon the wrong educational thought, the cumbersome philosophy in teaching can be overcome.
