改造思想,改进教学——教《汽化器》一节的体会

这篇文章,值得一读。讲的虽然是《汽化器》教学,但并不难懂。《汽化器》一节,陈一鹗同志原来想教三十六课时,经过改革,只用八课时就够了,学生既掌握了基本原理,又学会实际装拆,生动活泼,效果良好。过去教这一节,要几十课时,内容厐杂,教法死板,学生被一大堆无用的东西所困累。“教师辛辛苦苦,学生稀里糊涂”,这就是教学中烦琐哲学的危害。类似的情况,例如几个生字要教四、五课时,很简单的课文也要教几课时,实在浪费时光。过去陈一鹗同志也这样办,但效果不好。后来他接受了教训,学习了党的教育方针和有关经验,看清了资产阶级教育思想的危害性,觉得非改不可,于是在领导的帮助下,勇敢地迈出了第一步,结果取得了成效。可见坚持“少而精”,反对“多而杂”,坚持启发式,反对“满堂灌”,不仅为减轻学生负担所必需,也是提高教学质量所必需。经验证明,教学改革的关键在于教师认真提高思想认识水平,只要教师好好学习毛泽东教育思想,抛弃错误的教育思想,教学中的烦琐哲学是可以克服的。 This article is worth reading. It can be seen that adhering to the principle of “lesser but more refined” and “more and more complex”, insisting on heuristics and opposing “filling the classroom” are not only necessary to alleviate the burden on students, but also necessary for improving the quality of teaching. Experience shows that the key to teaching reform lies in teachers’ conscientiously raising their level of ideological understanding. As long as teachers learn Mao Zedong’s education thought well and abandon the wrong educational thought, the cumbersome philosophy in teaching can be overcome.
