间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种具有免疫调节作用的成体干细胞,广泛分布于多种组织中。目前研究认为MSCs对于维持机体的外周免疫耐受、移植免疫耐受、胎-母免疫耐受等方面发挥了重要作用,因此,异基因MSCs移植在类风湿关节炎领域中有望成为一种新的治疗技术,国际上已经广泛开展临床试验及应用。然而有研究显示,宿主体内的免疫微环境对植入后的MSCs生物学特性及免疫调节作用有重要的影响,因此异基因MSCs移植在临床中的应用仍存在许多问题。目前一些经典的技术已遇到干细胞研究中的瓶颈,生物材料等新技术的引入对于推动干细胞相关研究具有非常重要的意义。本文就异基因MSCs移植在类风湿关节炎(RA)领域中的研究现状及临床展望进行综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are adult stem cells that are immunomodulatory and widely distributed in many tissues. The current study suggests that MSCs plays an important role in maintaining peripheral immune tolerance, immune tolerance and fetal-maternal immune tolerance. Therefore, allogeneic MSCs transplantation is expected to become a new type in the field of rheumatoid arthritis Treatment technology, the international community has carried out extensive clinical trials and applications. However, studies have shown that immune microenvironment in the host has important influence on the biological characteristics and immunomodulatory effects of the implanted MSCs. Therefore, there are still many problems in the clinical application of allogeneic MSCs transplantation. At present, some classical technologies have encountered bottlenecks in stem cell research. The introduction of new technologies such as biomaterials is of great significance for promoting stem cell related research. This review summarizes the research status and clinical prospects of allogeneic MSCs transplantation in the field of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
