随着光电信息技术的飞速发展,为捕捉高速运动目标的信息,提出了研制微型列阵滤光器的新课题。给出了可见光七通道和可见/近红外十通道的研制结果。滤光膜系采用诱导金属—介质膜。文中详尽推导了膜系设计的精确求解公式,并对通道的技术指标和镀膜方式进行了阐述,还介绍了国内外相关的研制情况。
With the rapid development of optoelectronic information technology, a new topic of developing micro-array filter is proposed to capture the information of high-speed moving targets. The results of seven channels of visible light and ten channels of visible / near infrared are given. Filter film is used to induce metal - dielectric film. In this paper, the exact solution formula of membrane system design is deduced in detail, and the technical index and coating method of channel are elaborated. The relative research situation at home and abroad is also introduced.
