通过对基本配方实验、制备和生产应用研究,筛选出高氯微胶囊水悬浮剂的最佳配方。该配方无沉淀、浮油、起皮和粘结现象,胶囊直径在10~30熘洌霞际跻蟆S酶门浞缴?.3%高氯微胶囊水悬浮剂持效期达25天以上。采用用不同倍液的3.3%高氯微胶囊水悬浮剂对落叶松毛虫幼虫和青杨虎天牛成虫进行了防治试验。结果表明用250倍药液防治落叶松毛虫幼虫,杀虫效果(死亡率)在80%以上;应用200、400和600倍液喷雾防治青杨虎天牛成虫,杀虫效果(死亡率)分别为85.23%、74.21%和66.59%。用该胶囊杀虫剂的200倍和300倍药液对落叶松毛虫幼虫进行了大面积防治试验,杀虫率均在90%以上。表4参12。
