凉拌豆腐这是最简便的豆腐菜肴。滑嫩的口感是其特点。使用木棉豆腐也好、嫩豆腐也行,随个人喜好。原料(2人份)木棉豆腐1块或嫩豆腐1块,葱1根,姜1/2块,青紫苏叶2片,酱油适量。做法1.将豆腐泡进恰可淹没豆腐的水中,静置5-6分钟。2.葱切成葱花。姜去皮,磨成泥。青紫苏叶切丝。3.豆腐捞起纵切成半后,再横切成3-4等份,盛盘。铺上葱、姜、青紫苏叶等调味蔬菜,淋上酱油即可食用。
