建设中国特色社会主义,包含着中国特色检察制度的建设。中国特色检察制度有三个基本特点:法律监督性、法治控权性和地位独立性。这些特点使中国检察权不仅具有一般检察权的公诉等职能,而且具有了特殊的规范性价值和法的社会政治性价值。法的规范性价值是保障宪法和法律完整统一实施和治权的功能。法的社会政治价值中最重要的是法律监督权保障中国特色社会主义,维护社会主义核心价值的功能。在此基础上建立起来的中国特色检察制度是一般监督权和特殊监督权相互循环、交融的检察体系。
The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics includes the construction of procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics. There are three basic characteristics of procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics: legal supervision, rule of law and independent status.
