病例一 女,30岁。右上颔后牙遇冷热剧痛,查:牙列整齐,15颊侧及其根部各有一多生牙,均呈锥形,与15融合为一体,X片示:15与颊侧多生牙、根部多生牙为一体。局麻下翻辨,完整挺出融合牙,为15与两个多生牙融合。病例二 男,20岁。右下颌后牙反复肿痛。查:牙列整齐,37无异常,38居37之颊侧,37、38间界限不清,其相连处有一多生牙,居于远中呈锥形,三者联体。X片示:37、38与多生牙为一体。局麻下完整拔除。见三牙完全融合。
A female case, 30 years old. Check: dentition neat, 37 no abnormalities, 38 37 on the buccal side, 37,38 boundaries are unclear, the connection has a polytropic teeth, living in a cone, the three conjoined.
