建立了斑点酶联免疫(Dot-ELISA)技术检测创伤弧菌的方法。结果表明,创伤弧菌免疫血清最佳工作浓度为1∶100,酶标抗体最佳工作浓度为1∶1 600。Dot-ELISA法对创伤弧菌具有高的特异性,它与多株致病菌均无交叉反应,其对创伤弧菌的最低检测阈值为103CFU/m L。应用Dot-ELISA与常规鉴定法分别对人为污染创伤弧菌样品及贝类样品进行检测,两种方法检测结果一致。Dot-ELISA方法具有快速、经济和可用肉眼直接判定结果等优点,适合在基层单位推广应用。[中国渔业质量与标准,2014,4(6):27-31]
A method of Dot-ELISA to detect Vibrio vulnificus was established. The results showed that the optimal working concentration of Vibrio vulnificus serum was 1: 100 and the optimum working concentration of enzyme - labeled antibody was 1: 1 600. Dot-ELISA method has high specificity for Vibrio vulnificus, it has no cross-reaction with many pathogens, and its minimum detection threshold for Vibrio vulnificus is 103CFU / m L. Dot-ELISA and routine identification methods were used to detect artificial Vibrio vulnificus samples and shellfish samples respectively. The results of the two methods were consistent. Dot-ELISA method has the advantages of fast, economical and available to the naked eye to directly determine the results, etc., suitable for promotion and application in the grass-roots units.
