蒸汽通过锻锤做功后,由于含有油质,有90%的热焓难于利用。使用间接加热器虽能回收一部分热能,但由于种种原因仍不够理想。我厂的锻锤废汽处理工程是由两个装有聚丙烯吸油毡的净化器除油及四个喷淋式加热器——蓄热器组成的,是整个热力站供热的组成部份。废汽净化除油后进入蓄热器,在其上部由软化水进行喷淋热交换,将加热后的热水作为锅炉给水及冬季采暖补水。本工程经受了冬季严寒的考验。经过一年来的使用,设备运行可靠,经济效果显著。
After the steam has worked through the forging hammer, 90% of the enthalpy is difficult to use because it contains oil. Using an indirect heater can recover a part of the heat energy, but it is still not ideal due to various reasons. Our factory’s forging hammer waste steam treatment project is composed of two purifiers equipped with polypropylene oil-absorbing felt and four spray heaters-regenerators. It is an integral part of the heat supply of the whole heat station. . After the waste steam purifies and degreases, it enters the regenerator, sprays heat exchange with demineralized water at its upper part, and uses the heated hot water as boiler feed water and winter heating water. This project has stood the test of severe winter cold. After one year of use, the equipment is reliable and economically effective.
