目的探讨非斜视性双眼视异常学龄儿童生活质量量表(Quality-of-Life Scale for School-Age Children With Functional Abnormalities in Binocular Vision,QOL-CFA20)在非斜视性双眼视异常学龄儿童生活质量状况评估及早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取非斜视性双眼视异常学龄儿童134例和正常儿童120例,分别行QOL-CFA20量表及视功能指数量表(Vison Function-14,VF-14)调查。结果QOL-CFA20量表与VF-14量表得分呈负相关(P<0.01),VF-14=5.149~0.299(QOL-CFA20量表得分)。QOL-CFA20量表最佳临界值为56分,灵敏度、特异度分别为0.948、0.918,曲线下面积为0.959,预测效度优于VF-14。结论 QOL-CFA20量表在非斜视性双眼视异常学龄儿童生活质量状况评估中的最佳临界值为56分,是非斜视性双眼视异常学龄儿童生活质量状况评测的有效工具。
Objective To evaluate the quality of life of children with non-strabismus binocular vision (QOL-CFA20) in School-Age Children with Functional Abnormalities in School-Age Scale for School-Age Children And early diagnosis of the value. Methods A total of 134 school-age children with non-strabismus binocular vision abnormalities and 120 normal children were enrolled in this study. QOL-CFA20 scale and VF-14 were respectively investigated. Results The QOL-CFA20 scale was negatively correlated with the score of VF-14 (P <0.01) and VF-14 was 5.149-0.299 (QOL-CFA20 scale score). The best cutoff value of QOL-CFA20 scale was 56, the sensitivity and specificity were 0.948 and 0.918, respectively. The area under the curve was 0.959, and the predictive validity was better than that of VF-14. Conclusion The best cut-off value of QOL-CFA20 scale in quality of life assessment of non-strabismus binocular vision school-age children is 56. It is an effective tool to evaluate the quality of life in non strabismic binocular vision abnormal school-age children.
